Brandy St. John earned an MFA in Creative Writing/ Fiction from Oregon State University, where she now teaches writing. She’s won writing grants from Literary Arts and Oregon Arts Council and published poetry in Ghost City Press. Prior to her writing career, she worked as a wardrobe stylist in Los Angeles for musicians like Jack White, Green Day, Beck, and Nine Inch Nails. She’s also a singer-songwriter and recorded with Grammy winning band the Yeah Yeah Yeahs and had a song featured in the film The Motel Life. She is currently writing her first novel, Gold Records.
